§ Mr. HayhoeYes. In view of the numbers involved I am placing a record in the Library of those departmental files released to the Public Record Office for public scrutiny since 1 January. In addition to the files which appear on this list, a number have been sent to PRO, as part of the continuing review process. These will not be available to the public either because they are not yet 30 years old or because they have been granted extended closure by the Lord Chancellor under the terms of the Public Records Acts 1958 and 1967.
