§ Mr. ParkinsonWith the exception of quotas on steel from the USSR and the German Democratic Republic, there are no formal restrictions on steel imports into the United Kingdom. The Community's anti-crisis measures include voluntary production and delivery ceilings for domestic producers and voluntary restraint arrangements with major third country suppliers but these measures are sufficiently flexible to deal with shortfalls in supply in any part of the Community market.
