§ Mr. RidleyWe have continued to remind the Chilean authorities of our concern and our wish for a full and proper investigation into the circumstances of Mr. Beausire's disappearance. My right hon. and noble Friend discussed the matter with the Chilean Foreign Minister on 4 September. The Chilean courts have since agreed to reopen their inquiries.
