§ Lord TREFGARNEAn Order-in-Council to make the constitution under powers granted by Clause 1 of the Bill will be laid before Parliament after being made. Orders made under Clauses 2 and 3 of the Bill are required to be laid before Parliament after being made and would expire1086WA at the end of 28 days unless previously approved by resolutions of both Houses. There is no parliamentary procedure for the specific orders named in, and continued by, Clause 3(4).
