§ Mr. Heddleasked the Secretary of State for the Environment (1) if he will publish a list of those local authorities who employ the services of rent collectors on a full or part-time basis;
(2) how many local authorities have (a) 10 per cent. or more, (b) 20 per cent. or more, (c) 30 per cent. or more, (d) 40 per cent. or more and (e) 50 per cent. or more of their tenants who are more than one month in arrears with their rent.
