§ Lord BELSTEADThe information in respect of individual overseas posts is not readily available and could be obtained only at disproportionate cost. During the period of nine months ended 30th September 1979, the overall success rate for appeals to adjudicators against refusal of entry clearance for settlement was 23.6 per cent.
