§ Mr. MayhewThe Government's proposals for amendment of the Employment Protection Act are contained in a set of working papers published on 25 September. Some of the proposals relate to the maternity provisions. Consultations are proceeding on the working papers, and it is hoped to publish a Bill at an early date.
