§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department on how many occasions in the last year his officials have met representatives of (a) the Howard League for Penal Reform, (b) NACRO, (c) RAP, and (d) PROP; and if he will indicate his policy towards each of these organisations.
§ Mr. BrittanOfficials have met representatives of all these organisations during the past year, although it is not possible to say, without disproportionately costly inquiries, on how many occasions. Apart from contributing to the costs of projects directed towards the rehabilitation of offenders in which all of these organisations are interested, the Home Office contributes towards the administrative costs of NACRO. The Home Office is always prepared to consider views put to it by any organisation or individual.
