§ Mr. Jim LesterI have no plans at present to introduce further special employment measures. The special temporary employment programme continues to operate in special development areas, development areas and designated inner city areas, where the need is greatest. The youth Opportunities programme continues throughout the country to offer training and work experience opportunities122W to unemployed young people, including disabled young people.
