§ The Solicitor-GeneralFor those who are eligible on financial grounds, legal advice and assistance are already available in respect of all tribunal proceedings, and legal aid in respect of proceedings before the Lands Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. My noble Friend the Lord Chancellor is studying the recommendation of the Royal Commission on legal services, whose report was published last month, that legal aid should be available in certain circumstances at all tribunals.
