§ Dr. Roger Thomasasked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will hold discussions with the oil companies concerning the serious effects of their new high delivery thresholds, resulting in large areas of countryside in rural Wales being 155W denied local suppliers, thus adding to the fuel costs of rural dwellers.
