§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Secretary of State for Trade (1) if he has had any discussions with the Governments of developing countries about the promotion and sale of powdered baby milk in those countries; and, if none have so far been held, if he will initiate such discussions;
(2) whether his representatives in developing countries have had any communications with the manufacturers of powdered baby milk about the promotion and sale of their products in those countries.
