§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster whether, since the beginning of the parliamentary recess, any further works of art or museum objects pre-eminent for national, scientific, historic or artistic interest which have been accepted in satisfaction of estate duty or capital transfer tax have been allocated by him to public institutions in the United Kingdom; and whether he will give particulars, together with information, where applicable, as to the wishes expressed in the matter of allocation by testators and executors.
