§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithMy right hon. Friend and I have met representatives from the interested parties in the United Kingdom, including beet producers and processors, cane sugar refiners, food manufacturers and trade unions. The EEC Commission is expected to put forward in the near future proposals for a revised regime.
