§ Mr. YoungerThe Property Services Agency has spent £3.2 million on the purchase and conversion of the former Royal high school, Edinburgh and on the conversion of part of St. Andrew's House. No decisions on future use of the building will be taken until a conclusion is reached on all-party talks about the government of Scotland. Following the Scotland Act referendum outstanding contracts were reviewed to see whether savings could be made through cancellation. Where possible, savings were made. The reoccupation of St. Andrew's House will 639W enable some other Government offices in other parts of Edinburgh to be disposed of.
