§ Mr. NottMy hon. Friend the Minister of State, Department of Trade, will arrive in Manila on 29 May and will lead the United Kingdom delegation until the conference ends.
§ Mr. Freudasked the Secretary of State for Trade what policies the Government will put forward at UNCTAD V in

§ Mr. Parkinson, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 24 May 1979], gave the following information:
With other developed countries in the European Community and more widely in OECD, the Government are seeking to make a constuctive response at the conference to the proposals which the developing countries have made.
