§ Mr. Ennalsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will now make a statement on the Government's policy in respect of the tasks given by Act of Parliament to the Health Services Board, both in respect of the phasing out of pay beds within the National Health Service and the control in the growth of private hospitals and clinics.
