§ Mr. Peter WalkerI and my right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and Wales received the committee's report on 23 May. It will be presented to Parliament as soon as it can be printed. In the meantime, I should like to thank Lord Northfield and his committee for the considerable amount of work they devoted to its preparation.
