§ Mr. Cleggasked the Lord Privy Seal whether he will place in the Library the report on the Rhodesian elections by Lord Boyd of Merton, to which he referred in his speech during the debate on the Address on 18 May.

I am also making available in the same way copies of the independent report on the election by Mr. John Drinkwater, QC, who travelled to Rhodesia with the group led by my right hon. and noble Friend.
