§ Mr. Alexander FletcherSince 1975, statistics from the annual school census have not been produced for parts of Tayside region. At September 1978 the overall pupil-teacher ratio in primary schools in Tayside region was 21.1:1. The corresponding figure for Scotland was 21.3:1.
