§ Mr. Fieldasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will estimate the impact of the increases on child benefit in (a) April 1978, (b) November 1978 and (c) April 1979 on the number of families and the number of children living (i) on incomes below supplementary benefit level, and (ii) on supplementary benefit and (iii) on incomes within 10 per cent., 216W 20 per cent. and 40 per cent. of the supplementary benefit level.
