§ Mr. David MitchellSupport is given through the Science Research Council, the computers systems and electronics Requirements Board and the Ministry of Defence to research and development on microelectronic and optoelectronic devices made from III-V compounds at universities, industrial research laboratories and Government research establishments. Some industrial manufacturers are selling products based on this work.
