§ Mr. Pawseyasked the Secretary of State for Industry what is his policy towards the rationalisation of the turbine industry; and whether he will make it his policy in any rationalisation to build on the GEC at Rugby, since that firm contains the greatest expertise in advanced turbine technology and exports, and is the largest firm in the industry.
