§ Mrs. Sally OppenheimThe commission submitted final reports during last year on six investigations. One merger reference was laid aside when the merger concerned was abandoned by the parties; the reference of the supply and export of certain metal fasteners was allowed to lapse without a report, in particular because of definitional difficulties that made it impossible for the commission to collect the necessary information.
