§ Mr. Onslowasked the Secretary of State for Social Services why a boy aged 15 years whose particulars have been sent to his Department by the hon. Member for Woking, has remained a patient in a locked adult ward at Brookwood hospital, in spite of the recommendation which was made in November 1978 that he should be transferred to a youth treatment centre.
