§ Mr. Alec JonesMy right hon. and learned Friend has invited the local authority associations in Wales to advise their members to submit reports of any net additional expenditure they have incurred on emergency work arising from this winter's severe weather. Authorities will be compensated for 75 per cent. of eligible expenditure in excess of the product of alp rate.
