§ Mr. Kilfedderasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will outline in the Official Report the main, or most prevalent, abuses of the Northern Ireland educational system which are perpetrated by citizens of the Republic of Ireland who live within daily travelling distance of Northern Ireland schools.
§ Mr. CarterThe Government have no evidence of prevalent abuse of the Northern Ireland educational system by citizens of the Republic of Ireland and are satisfied that adequate safeguards exist to prevent such abuse.
