§ Mr. John GrantSince 1973 no application has been submitted for assistance from the European social fund for any eligible operation being carried out exclusively in the constituency of Hereford and Worcester, as designated for the European elections.
Allocations from the fund have, however, been received in respect of operations run by public authorities covering Great Britain as a whole. A proportion of these would relate to operations in Hereford and Worcester, but I regret it is not possible to calculate this proportion.
