§ Mr. ArmstrongAt the end of 1978, Solon Housing Association had over 150 separate projects funded by the Housing Corporation on which outstanding loans totalled just over £5 million. Details of each loan account are not available within the Department, but I have asked the corporation to write to the hon. Member with this information.

§ Mr. ArmstrongI regret that my previous answer referred inadvertently to annual subsidy payable under the Housing Finance Act 1972; the reference should have been to improvement contributions under the Housing Act 1969. Payments under this Act are running at about £40,000 a year.
