§ Mr. MoyleCleanliness in food shops is governed by the Food Hygiene28W (General) Regulations 1970 which are enforced by local authorities. I have no evidence that this legislation is not generally complied with but, if my hon. Friend knows of particular difficulties, perhaps he would let me know of them.
