§ Mr. Fittasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland whether he will not reappoint the present chairman of the Belfast harbour commissioners, in the light of the fact that he is also chairman of the company which owns one of the silos at Belfast, and the company is also part owner of the most recently established silo at Belfast.
