§ Mr. Hugh D. BrownA working group of the fishing industry has submitted proposals to the Government for ther restructuring of the fleet with assistance under the Industry Act and for the introduction 331W of a general system of vessel licensing. The Government are considering these proposals and will in due course consult the fisheries organisations.
