§ Mr. Les HuckfieldImport penetration in January from Western Europe, EEC and EFTA, was 41 per cent for high speed steel and 44 per cent. for stainless steel. Comparative figures for January 1978 are 49 per cent. and 38 per cent. Figures for February 1979 are not yet available.
Estimates of import penetration for tool steel are not available.
