§ Mr. Dunlopasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland if he will make a statement on the progress of police investigations of the circumstances surrounding the death of Mr. James Taylor, of Coagh; what are the causes of the delay in apprehending those responsible; and if he will give an assurance that the activities of the Army in this connection will be fully investigated.
