§ Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will bring forward legislation to clarify the position of home helps with reference to being covered by insurance should some mishap occur.
§ Mr. OrmeMy right hon. Friend has no proposals in mind for such legislation. So far as the industrial injuries scheme is concerned, and I assume that this is what my hon. Friend has in mind, home helps have the same coverage as other employed earners for accidents arising out of and in the course of their employment.
