§ Mr. John Grant, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 12 March 1979; Vol. 964, c. 11–12], gave the following information:
The chairman of the Health and Safety Commission informs me that the estimated number of accidents resulting in strains, sprains and so on to the trunk, including slipped discs, in accident notifications received by Her Majesty's Factory Inspectorate under the Factories Act 1961 were as follows:
