§ Mr. MulleyThe scales of baggage which members of the Armed Forces are entitled on posting to move free of charge have now been increased to bring them generally into line with the baggage scales for other Government servants. At the same time, the excess baggage charges which apply to the movement of effects additional to those scales have been increased in the normal way to reflect changes in commercial charges.
