§ Mr. Fauldsasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what plans he is making to acquire the medieval moated manor, Baddesley Clinton, from its owner, Mr. T. W. Ferrers-Walker, who has maintained the property for many years at considerable financial cost to himself.
