Mr. Wm. Rossasked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland when the Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 came into effect.
§ Mr. Carter, pursuant to his reply [Official Report, 19 March 1979], gave the following information:
The Rent (Northern Ireland) Order 1978 was brought into operation by the Rent (1978 Order) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 1978 on 1 October 1978.
