§ Mr. Tim Rentonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in the light of his reply of 5 March to the hon. Member for Lewes (Mr. Rathbone), he will now announce that, when 1979 district elections take place on existing warding arrangements, no further elections shall take place until 1983 when the new warding arrangements will be in effect.
