Of the offers of assistance which have been made in Wales under section 7 of the Industry Act 1972 during the current financial year, more than half were to companies employing fewer than 200 people. The incentives are intended to benefit small firms458W as well as large, and I am anxious that the maximum advantage should be taken of them.
