Mr. Concannon

Compensation in these cases is a matter for the courts to determine under the Criminal Injuries to Persons (Compensation) Act (Northern Ireland) 1968. The cases of Thomas Quinn and Francis Rice have been settled by agreement. The applications by the dependants of Francis Cassidy, Thomas Easton and Joseph Morrissey are still under consideration.
