§ Mr. JohnYes. The Council has been good enough to set out its views in great detail, and I have written to thank the council. The memorandum is being studied, and its contents will be taken into402W account, with other contributions sent in response to the Green Paper, when decisions are being reached on what changes in the law should be proposed.
