§ Mr. Spearingasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if he will place in the Library, or print in the Official Report, the text of any speech or public statement made by the Minister of State during his Gulf visit concerning the implementation of the foreign policy of the United Kingdom independent of, in consort with, or as part of the foreign policy of the European Economic Community.
