§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for Energy if he will list in the Official Report the various tax-free expenses paid to members of boards, committees, and tribunals for which his Department is responsible; and, assuming that the recipient is married with two dependent children and an income of £5,000, £10,000, £15,000 and £20,000 per annum, respectively, what these expenses would be worth if subject to income tax.
