§ Mr. Merlyn ReesThe Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis has proposed that the cost of running the national central bureau of Interpol should be shared by police authorities outside London under the common police services funding2W arrangements. The proposal is at present under consideration and will need to be the subject of consultation with the local authority associations.
