Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in view of the fact that there are now many thousands and possibly millions of people settled in the United Kingdom from the former British Empire and colonial possessions, he will bring forward similar legislation to that for the Welsh and Scottish Assemblies to enable these people to have their own assemblies.
