§ Mr. John MorrisAny changes in Welsh Office staffing over the next five years will depend on periodic assessments of the numbers needed to carry out the tasks set the Department by the Government of the day. The vast majority of civil servants working in Wales are employed in Departments other than the Welsh Office and I am not responsible for these.
