§ Mr. Clinton DavisBank of Credit and Commerce International SA, an oversea company incorporated in Luxembourg, and two of its subsidiaries, Bank of Credit and Commerce International (Lebanon) SAL and Bank of Credit and Commerce International (Overseas) Ltd., incorporated respectively in Lebanon and Cayman Islands, are all registered under Part X of the Companies Act 1948.
