§ Mr. Maurice Macmillanasked the Secretary of State for Employment whether he can give an assurance that the schemes he is at present considering to replace the temporary employment subsidy will have a lower displacement effect; and how many jobs his Department estimates have been destroyed through displacement effects since the inception of the temporary employment subsidy scheme.
